That’s why we created this multi-tasking balm for you to use on aching muscles, growing bones, knocks and bruises, headaches and tummy cramps. It’s full of incredible, natural anti-inflammatories and pain relievers that will downsize bruising, soothe aches and turbo-charge healing. Put it in your sports or school bag and apply it, whenever you need it, to the parts of your body that need some extra TLC.

How to use

Can be used head-to-toe for bruising, cramps, headaches, sprains and minor sports injuries. For bruises and muscle aches, warm a pea-sized blob of balm in your hands and gently massage into the affected area. For headaches, use fingers to gently massage a very small amount of balm into temples or forehead. For period pains and cramps, warm two pea-sized blobs of balm in your hands and rub onto your stomach in circular motions. Use three or four times a day for genius results.
