There is a lot of debate about some of the ingredients on the list below. Some people say there are serious bad guys; others say that they’re getting a bad rap. But our policy is, unless it’s proven to be safe, or the product is useless without it, we leave it out.

* High Shine Shampoo, Tangle Wrangler Conditioner and Clean Team Shampoo and Shower Wash contain wheat bran extract, made from refined wheat, so may contain traces of gluten.
* Skin Goals Cleanser contains wheatgerm oil. It’s refined, so the majority of gluten is removed, but traces may still remain.
Why does our pomade contain PEGS, Propylene-Glycol and Phenoxyethanol?
With hair products, performance is everything. And without these ingredients, our pomade’s performance would be less than great. It’s true that PEGs and glycols, etc. have had some bad press, but our brilliant chemists and the very strict cosmetic ruling bodies say that they are 100% safe to use. So, for now, we’re putting them in. And, when science develops botanically derived alternatives that work as well, we’ll use them, instead.
